The Metro West Board meetings will be held on March 25, 2010 at the Blackstone Bar & Grill, in Yorkville, Illinois. 

  


2010 Legislative Drive Down

Metro West ‘s annual legislative trip to Springfield will take place on March 16th & 17th,.  Our event schedule will once again be combined with DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference.  We will have scheduled appointments with legislative leaders. Register now to join other municipal officials and staff as we meet with State leaders, talk to legislators and agency leaders and observe the legislative process in Springfield.  Reservations will be at the beautiful Abraham Lincoln Hotel & Conference Center. Come join us….we look forward to you, your staff and other local officials being a part of our Drive Down.  Please email your complete reservation to mrandle@metrowestcog.org, or fax it to us at 630.897.0469 by February 28. 2010 State of the Counties Luncheon

Please join Metro West on Wednesday, May 12th for our annual State of the Counties Luncheon at the Best Western Timber Creek Inn & Conference Center, on Route 34 in Sandwich, IL.  The meeting will feature County Board Chairpersons Karen McConnaughay of Kane County, Ruth Anne Tobias of DeKalb County, and Anne Vickery of Kendall County.  Each of the County Board Chairpersons will give an overview of the state of their county - its accomplichments and its' challenges.  There will be time for questions and answers from the audience.
