The mayors of Batavia, Elgin, Geneva, South Elgin, and St Charles released a video message urging their residents to follow safety precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19. The message reminds residents to follow the state public health guidelines by staying home, wearing a mask, social distancing, and wash hands regularly or use hand sanitizer.
