Debby Sosine Algonquin Village President and MWCOG Vice President welcomed the group and Mayor Dave Kaptain spoke about the history of Elgin Public House, one of the best known restaurants in Elgin. Baxter & Woodman highlighted a recent Western Springs project that included multiple infrastructure integrations.
