Event Policy

Registrations will close 7 days prior to each event so a final count can be submitted to the venue.
Deadlines will be posted on each event registration page. 

Cancellations made before this deadline are free of charge. 

Once our final guarantee has been submitted to the venue, we cannot guarantee late registration can be accommodated. Registrations made after the closing date may be assessed a late fee.

Any cancellations after the deadline will be billed at full price.

All no-shows to the event will be billed at the full amount, including unpaid registrations.
