Event Policy

As Metro West continues to grow, it is important we adhere to our event policy to ensure the best experience for all participants.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registrations will close 7- 10 days prior to each event so a final count can be submitted to the venue. Deadlines will be posted on each event registration page.
Cancellations made before this deadline are free of charge.
Any cancellations after the deadline will be billed at full price, and we are unable to issue credits for paid invoices.
Unpaid no-shows the date of the event will also be billed at the full amount.
