FOIA Training Seminar

The City of Geneva, along with the Office of the Attorney General, a free FOIA training seminar. This review will include the types of records subject to disclosure under FOIA and the process for submitting and responding to requests. Discussion will include proper record-keeping and documentation in order to facilitate requests, as well as, updates to regulations and best practices. 

Attendees are welcome to submit questions prior to the event by e-mail. 

Mayors, managers and appropriate municipal staff are encouraged to attend.
