Our 2026 Event Policy

As we enter 2026, we felt it was a good time to share our updated Event Policy. As Metro West continues to grow, it is important we adhere to this policy to ensure the best experience for all participants.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

• Registrations will close 7-10 days prior to each event so a final count can be submitted to the venue. 
• Cancellations made before this deadline are free of charge. 
• Any cancellations after the deadline will be billed at full price, and we are unable to issue credits for paid invoices.
• Unpaid no-shows the date of the event will also be billed at the full amount.
• We are unable to offer credits for tickets paid in full.
