The Champion of Metro West Award

Metro West was proud to introduce the Champion of Metro West Award at this year's Business Partner Recognition Dinner. This award honors individuals who exemplify the spirit and mission of Metro West through their outstanding contributions to our member communities. 

Municipal members were invited to nominate fellow members, Business Partners or legislators who embody the ethos of Metro West and demonstrate steadfast commitment to advancing the interests of our region. 

This year's inaugural award recipient has consistently proven to be not only a dedicated public servant but also a shining example of perseverance in the legislative process. For his tireless and determined work on the Hydrant Bill, we are proud to honor Peter Wallers as the 2025 Metro West Champion.
