FOIA Training Session May 14th

A free FOIA Training Session will be hosted by the City of Geneva and facilitated by Matthew Goodman of the Attorney General’s office on May 14th. This training will take place at the Sunset Community Center in Geneva from 10am to approximately 12noon. 

The session will include a general overview of the law, including recent changes, the types of records subject to disclosure under FOIA, the process for submitting and responding to requests and exemptions.
